Georgie & Alex's Fun-Filled Wedding at Normanton Church & Halfmoon Farm
The day started with me arriving to capture Georgie’s morning preparations as well as get to know the group, a vital part of the day for me as it’s a great way for me to show everyone I’m not one of those annoying wedding photographers!
Then heading to Normanton Church, which, if you’ve ever seen it, you’ll know is an absolute stunner. Right on the edge of Rutland Water, the church has that “wow” factor, and it made the perfect backdrop for Georgie and Alex’s ceremony.
After that, it was time to head over to Halfmoon Farm for the reception. Picture this: a laid-back but stylish countryside vibe. They went for a marquee, and it was just the right mix of fun and classy. Twinkling lights, beautiful flowers, and enough space for everyone to kick back and mingle.
But let’s talk about the main event - the dance floor! As soon as the music started courtesy of Si Sax DJ Saxophonist the energy was unreal. Georgie and Alex definitely know how to throw a good party. It was one of those weddings where everything just clicked—good vibes, great people and of course, lots of dancing.
